- How long does it take to ship items?
3-5 Business days which includes our special packaging and shipping of your items to USPS. We will send update emails if process needs to be longer for any reason.
- What is the best way to clean and care for my lingerie?
Lingerie is very delicate and should be handled with care. Please reframe from placing your pieces in the dryer as it can possibly mess up the life span of your pieces. We highly suggest hand washing with warm water and allowing to air dry.
- Should I wash my pieces before use?
You do not have to wash your pieces before wear. All pieces are untouched, unworn and in ready to wear condition. It would be your own personal preference.
